Before the holiday rush begins, take time to breathe, move, and reconnect with what truly matters.
This 2-hour women’s experience blends woman-centered somatic yoga life coaching with nature therapy to help you release anxiety, ease tension, and ground your body before the busy season ahead.
Through gentle somatic movement, embodied coaching prompts, and a peaceful walk into nature, you’ll explore how to self-regulate like the land itself—calm, steady, and strong. You’ll be guided to release what no longer serves you, create space for new beliefs, and leave with a small piece of nature to remember your experience.
